Shopping information

Do you ship gifts or gift wrap items?

Yes! We are always happy to help you find the perfect gift. Just inform us if you’d prefer us to ship your purchase directly to the recipient. We will leave out the receipt, add a handwritten note and even gift wrap it if you’d like. Make sure you provide us with the recipient’s correct shipping address so we can make sure your gift arrives safe and sound.

How do I choose a ring size? What length of necklace is best?

Please choose a ring based on the size you normally wear. Our designs are available in multiple sizes. If you’re uncertain about the size to pick, feel free to consult our ring size guide or reach out to us via email.

We usually offer both a shorter and slightly longer chain option when you purchase a necklace. On a few necklaces, we have chosen the length that complements the design best. However, if you’d like a longer or shorter chain length, ask us and we’ll do our best to accomodate your request.

Do You Ship Internationally? What shipping methods are available?

Do you make custom items?

We would be happy to collaborate to make you a custom piece. If you have something in mind, whether you’d like a design in gold or have a specific design request, get in touch! Email us

Do you sell to wholesale accounts?

We love to collaborate with stores that share our appreciation for handmade jewellery. If you’d like to carry our pieces, please get in touch by email.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payment through credit card or Paypal. All payments are secure.

What currency will I be charged in?

Our shop is set to pound sterling (GBP) by default. 

Orders and Returns

How do I know that my order has been received?

We’ll send you an email confirmation once your order has been received and paid for. Please check to make sure the the item details and your shipping address are correct. If there are any issues we may be able to change them before we ship your package. 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your item is ready, packed and picked up by the shipping provider we will send you a shipping confirmation. Please look at the shipping times here to know when your package will arrive.
